Good recipes but the book itself is cheaply made

Just received today. Looked through the cookbook and saw a lot of good recipes. Wouldn’t call them the healthiest but it’s not too bad. They seem simple but creative which I like. One big turn off though is just the quality of the cookbook itself. It just seems cheaply made. You can’t even read the back cover because the words are so blurry and pixilated. The inside has no pictures and seems it was printed on coloring book pages. Just wish the author devoted more into it rather than just writing the recipes and shipping it out. Make it a hardcover with pictures and quality pages. I’m a firm believer that you get out as much as you put it in. If the author dished out a little more money for a quality cookbook then I bet his sales would rise; unfortunately it seemed he took the cheap way of making this book which speaks about how he thinks about his consumers.

Worth of your money because this one is for real!

This book could really save you time and money. It is written by a vegetarian who teaches how to lose weight and these recipes are based on what he shares with his clients and what he also eats. There are literally plenty of healthy recipes inside which I think are also scrumptious. It has a complete recipes for everyday meals. I cannot wait to try and share these recipes with my loved ones.

This book has a lot of recipes! I do not know which one to make first! The book is perfect for new people trying to eat healthy to the seasoned bodybuilder. Each recipe breaks down the macro nutrient profile so you can keep track of your calories. All in all I can’t wait to try each recipe, buy this and no more plain chicken, broccoli, and rice, you can eat good and look good, at the same time!
